Manson is on the shores of Lake Chelan in north Central Washington. Manson is about a 1 hour drive from Wenatchee, WA., a 3 hour drive from Spokane, WA., and a 3.5 hour drive from Seattle, WA.

Visitors can also fly to Pangborn Field in Wenatchee and then drive to our community.

There are many things to do. Lake Chelan is a pristine, deep water lake that flows into the mighty Columbia River. Surrounding mountains cover with snow every winter and provide stunning scenery. Outdoor activities in and around Manson include biking, fishing, swimming, hiking, boating, camping, skiing and snowmobiling.

Upcoming Dates to Remember

Manson 4^th of July Committee will be meeting every Friday for the month of May at 11am, Wapato Point Cellars. All interested in helping; please attend. If you are interested in making a financial contribution (definitely needed!), please send your check to Manson Business Association, PO Box 25, Manson, WA 98831. Please be sure to indicate “Manson 2010 4^th of July” on your check.

· Manson Parks Dept meeting will be held on the 2^nd Thursday’s. The June meeting will be Thursday, June 10^th, 5:30pm at the Manson Parks office.

· Manson School Board meeting for June will be held on June 24^th

· Saul Gallegos Memorial Run, “We will never forget” – June 26^th
